500 g mljevenog mesa
doza paradajz pirea
supa od paradajza
bijeli luk
oregano
Meso i česno bijelog luka prodinstati u tignju. Dok se to dinsta, u zdjelu pomiješati pola supe od paradajza sa malo vode i u to dodati paradajz pire.
Kada je meso skoro pečeno, dodati mješavinu sa supom i paradajzom, dodati oregano i ostaviti da se peče polahko na niskoj temperaturi.
Za prilog bilo koja vrata tjestenine i još ako imate parmezan ( neki ljudi ne vole okus parmezana – meni je super) i imate fantastičan ručak.
